b'PIPELINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE GUIDELINESContact the Pipeline OperatorImmediately call the 24-hour emergency phone number of the pipeline opera-tor, which is listed on a marker sign located at a nearby road crossing, railroad or other point along the pipeline right-of-way. During the call, pipeline control center personnel will dispatch a representativeto the scene. The control cen-ter will immediately act to isolate the emergency.
